I have older shelves that seem to "blend" from one shelf to the next. When the shelves are packed with books, the kids tend to not notice that one shelf has ended and another has begun. I've considered laminating some long 1 1/2 inch wide strips to run down the face of each book shelf to "outline" or "border" the shelves so kids can see where one ends and another begins. Someone else mentioned the idea of simply putting a green dot at the beginning of the each shelf on the left and a red dot at the end of each shelf on the right. I was wondering if there were any more creative ideas out there before I redesigned my shelves! -- Janet Anderson LRC Director Naperville, IL janetand@gmail.com -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
