[LM_NET] TARGET: Library Promotion

Dear Great Ones,  I work in a library that operates strictly on 
donations for running the lbirary.  Every October, there is a library 
open house for the purpose of obtaining these donations.  For the past 
two years this open house has not been very profitable.  Does anyone 
have any suggestions as to what I can do to promote this open house and 
entice the public to come in for a visit and a donation?  Any 
suggestions will be appreciated.
