I am in charge of running our 8th grade trip to Washington, DC each year. Rather than sell raffle tickets like we usually do, I want to switch to a candy bar sale. I have a company in mind to use but I was wondering if anyone has sold candy as a fundraiser (or works with someone who does who could give me some great advice/direction). I am trying to wrap my brain around the logistics of it. I will have a fundraiser meeting in the fall and will explain it to the parents. I figure I will have parents tell me approximately how many cases they want to sell and order that. Once a parent sells a case, they can get a new one. A portion of the profits will go toward our scholarship fund to help pay for trips of students who can't afford to go. Has anyone run a candy bar sale (or work with someone who does who is super organized) who can help fill in the blanks in my brain?! Please email me directly. Thank you!
