[LM_NET] SEC: After-school Tutoring

The library is being used for tutoring two afternoons a week, and it lacks 
effectiveness and organization.  We are looking for a program or organization that 
we can implement to make our "program" run more smoothly.  Any insight you can give 
into how your tutoring program works will be appreciated.
