[LM_NET] TARGET: Latin America -- Biography Research Project

Colleagues:

I frequently compile lists of researchable personalities for teachers
doing projects and they often want them refreshed after they've used
them a couple of times. Sometimes, coming up with a fresh list can
amount to a tall order.

Does anyone happen to have a list of notables from Latina America that I
could use to help reinvigorate my existing one? I am in particular need
of more females. The list will be used for sixth grade researchers so
personalities with complex political and artistic associations are a bit
less desirable. I'm game to look at any list, though, so please: hit me
if you've got one.
