[LM_NET] Aline Kilmer poem

I have been asked to find a poem by Aline Kilmer (wife of Joyce), which
has the lines "And shall we have a tree? Now that one is gone and the
other is away?" - or something to that effect.  Have searched a number
of sites, on and off-line - help?
