I would like any advice for forming an advisory council for my school library. Doing so is one of my goal statements for my principal this year. I am in a PreK - 5 building of about 470 students and 25 teaching staff. Specifically, I wonder about the make - up of the council, how often it meets, some topics of discussion, ways in which it was beneficial to you and cautions ( if there are any ), etc. Thanks so much in advance for your help, and I of course will post a hit.
