A couple of years ago, there were a bunch of postings on how you can throw computer keyboards in the dishwasher with no damage to them. I'm wondering if you can do the same to the cat-5 cables (the cables that connect the computers, printers, etc) to your ethernet switch/hub. I inherited a whole bunch of them that are beyong filthy. Or does anyone have another suggestion on how to clean them quickly and effeciently?
