[LM_NET] GEN

I am a new librarian this year and have been asked a question I need 
your help with. Do you put comic books in your collections? and Do you 
put Readers Digest in your collections. It seems that someone was told, 
sometime ago, that these were not allowed in the library collection. I 
need answers as to if you do and why; and/or if you do not and why.
