[LM_NET] Gen:Lunch bag suggestions (kind of)

We have an annual health/weight loss challenge grant at our junior high school, and 
every year we get more people to join us. We get points for exercise and pounds 
lost that earn us really good prizes (and money because we each put in $10 outside 
the grant) at the end of the year.  We walk for 30 minutes during our lunch break. 
It's a wonderful time for chatting with other teachers, getting some fresh air and 
a new perspective, and for breaking a sweat (unfortunately sometimes). We love it 
and look forward to it every day. We started with two  of us walking, and we're up 
to four or five people now. I bring a sandwich or something else easy to eat at my 
desk later with a cup of healthful green tea.
