[LM_NET] Question From a Newbie...

Hello to All,

I am a big time lurker here...but the information has
been great!  
I am actually in need of a little assistance.  I am
finishing up my Undergrad Degree in "Organizational
Leadership"...it's an accelerated program for adults
to finish quickly.  My plan is to finish this degree
and go right into a Masters of Library Media Science
in hopes of becoming an Elementary Librarian.  For one
of my classes that I'm taking now...I have to
interview people who work in a field that is important
to me.  That's Librarians!!!  What I'm needing
answered are these questions:

-How frequent are meetings in your work?
-What is the length of time that these meetings take?
-What kinds of topics are covered in your meetings?
-How effective are your meetings?
-What factors contribute to their effectiveness or
ineffectiveness?

If you have any time at all I would certainly
appreciate any help with these questions!  Can you
tell we're talking about meetings?  lol.
