[LM_NET] Junior High School Program

Hello all, 
 
I have been interviewing at many different Junior High Schools and have  
realized that I do not know how a Junior High School Media Program runs.  I  am 
familiar with an elementary and high school but no clue to how a junior high  
runs.  If anyone can tell me how there program works I would really  apprechiate 
it.  
What types of lessons do you teach?  Is it flexiable schedule?   How do you 
manage student traffic?  Things like that.
