[LM_NET] TARGET: Need origin/author/name of this Poem.

TARGET:
A teacher at our school is searching for the origin,author, title and full
text of a poem that includes the following lines:
Bak-a Wak-a Watamus and salamander stew, riggle raggle ragamuffins,
rutabagas too.  Diffy Daffy dandelions and then for my dessert, a dish of
looney langleberries smothered with fresh dirt.
