[LM_NET] Working with an aide

Next year I will have the pleasure of working with a full time aide.
I have always been a "one woman show" and know some adjustments will need to 
be made in my mindset...
Any advice?
 This is an elementary school.  The aide will be new to a library also as 
she previously was the SE aide.

I anticipate leaving circulation to the aide as I work with the 
teachers/students in a flex situation.
