The Library of Congress would like to gain a better understanding of its patrons' 
needs, what Library services and resources they use, and their assessment of those 
services' and resources' quality and value.

If you use the Library of Congress, either on-site or on the Web, we invite you to 
take a few minutes to give us your feedback through the online survey at:

All responses will be kept confidential. Only grouped data will be reported; 
individual responses will not be identifiable in the analysis.
