Dear Netters: I have been fortunate to have some new bookshelves installed recently, enabling me to establish a separate Primary-2 nonfiction section. A separate section is necessary because my library is on two floors and the P-2 students are not permitted to go upstairs, thus essentially denying them access to nonfiction books. I have wanted to remedy this, and now I can. What I am wondering is . . . does anyone do something different in terms of arrangement (baskets?) or signage (pictures?) to make it easier for these younger ones to find nonfiction books.
