  I also had an outstanding author visit
this week. Yesterday we had Barney
Saltzberg, author of Crazy Hair Day and
the brand new Star of the Week. He came
as an author, illustrator, song writer, and
singer. We learned about writing, editing
and book production, he taught us songs
and did some illustrating with the students.
Our students had a great time and the teachers
felt they learned a lot writing. I felt it got them
excited about reading. YEA!
