there was some server problems Monday and maybe Tuesday.

Try the http://citationmachine-west.net/  address. That has been working
all day for us.  (west is western hemisphere, not west coast)

NoodleTools is also good and has a free component. Oregon State Library
Information System (OSLIS) has a good one also
<http://www.oslis.k12.or.us/secondary/> . Our kids are happiest with
CitationMachine.
