A technical services question for you: do those of you who get your books processed by your vendor request that your book jacket covers be attached or unattached and do you have a choice of how it is attached? We have been getting ours attached from Baker and Taylor but the glue they use is so strong that it is almost impossible to change a cover if it should become damaged or otherwise need to be replaced. Thinking of just getting them unattached but wondering if there are problems inherent in that method..loss, etc. Oh, the minutiae we deal with! I'm embarrassed to even ask the question!
