I'm sorry I missed the earlier request for information. I do have one bit to add:
TitlePeek can't be used with the visual OPAC. (We're using networked Catalog+ and
Circ+; I don't know how it works with Destiny.)
I bought it specifically to use with my younger students, because I thought having
a visual would be great for my younger students when they try to find items on the
shelves. I was more than a bit miffed to discover TitlePeek worked ONLY with the
text OPAC. It seems stunningly counterintuitive! I'm in a K-3 school, and many of
my students use the visual OPAC right through grade 2. Follett's product
description doesn't include this tidbit of information, so beware if you are hoping
to use TitlePeek with both versions of your OPAC. Also, have your tech people look
at the product specifications very carefully. We had a great deal of trouble with
various security protocols our district has (something to do with Port80, which
sounds like a cruise destination to me, but apparently means something to the
seriously technically inclined.) TitlePeek was a blemish on Follett's otherwise
spotless record.
I did not renew this year's subscription. I can find book covers, reviews, and
excerpts for free on amazon.com, without the runaround I got from Follett Software.
