even if you responded several months again, i would be grateful if you could
let me know again if your school/district is employing means beyond filters
to restrict students'/teachers' internet access, such as:
1. very narrow interpretation of "educational use only" clause in aup
whereby students can never pursue their own interests or even check weather,
etc.
2. restricitve time limits to internet use
3. certain sites timed out by filters
4. banning use of search engines
5. elimination of internet use entirely at campus or district level
6. any other means...

also, can ANYONE share tips about how to head off/react to such measures and
bring about positive change? tia. mary ann who hope surgery wednesday will
help fix broken wrist
