We are revamping our library, and I ordered Gaylord furnishings,
expecting the best quality and the best service and am so unhappy.

Three desktops arrived over the summer. When they were unpacked this
August for assemply they were damaged. Gaylord blames us for not opening
the product. No way to file a claim. 15 days maximum. Wait, we weren't
here, how could we? They were unpacked and assembled when we arrived for
school in August.

We have just got the runaround from Gaylord. Finally, would we accept a
discount? (Because it was our fault that we didn't assemble and check
for damage in a timely manner).

Even if they had been assembled our third world employees wouldn't have
a clue as to the damage. And that isn't meant to be an insult, they just
wouldn't see it. And they wouldn't have known to try to find us on
vacation. So I don't blame them.

I respected Gaylord's integrity and the quality of the merchandise and
their customer service, and I am sorely disappointed!

This is not the Gaylord company I used in the past.

Would like to here of your experiences.
