Help needed as soon as possible on this one, please.
What are additional reasons for an open library
checkout time? A friend is expecting resistance to the
following:

We will not have scheduled checkouts with the
exception of kindergarten. This does NOT mean that you
can’t make an occasional class visit. It is crucial
that students do not see using the library as a
“staged” event; we want them to get in the habit of
visiting when they have a need or desire. Of course,
you will have complete control over appropriate
timing, duration of visit, and frequency. Each
student’s abilities and needs are individual; we are
doing all we can to make accommodations. To help this
run smoothly, we ask two things: please do not send
more than 4 students to the library at one time and
please do not send students to the library during
lunch.

Any reasons, research, thoughts for pondering asap
would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
