Hi. Our sixth grade teacher is having the whole sixth grade class create a one-time issue of a magazine. They will make about 500 copies and distribute them for free to students as well as have a pile in the main office for visitors. Each student has a different topic for the magazine. If the motive is educational and they won't be making money off of the magazine, can they use pictures they find on the web in this one-time magazine? Or do they still need to get permission or find public domain images?
