I was lucky enough to start this position (after 7 years in the elementary setting)
the week after the architects were hired to remodel the entire library. We've been
through all the stages of renovating our library, and are nearing the joy of moving
back into the new building.

We are looking for fun, creative, and exciting grand opening ideas. We have
community groups willing to help out to promote this as big as we can, so I turn to
my collective group of wise ones for ideas.

What would you do for a grand opening if you could do anything?

AND, what can I do particularly for my Young Adult bunch of kids to bring more of
them into the new library--- we are certain once we get them there, they won't want
to leave:)

THANKS!
