[LM_NET] Off Topic: Pasadena/Altadena, California

My son graduates from college late next month and has
accepted a position at the Jet Propulsion Lab at
Caltech.  He will soon be beginning his search for
affordable (?!?!)  housing in the Pasadena/Altadena
area (JPL will offer assistance with the search, too,
of course.).  
If anyone out there has any suggestions of places to
look or knows of anyone who might be of assistance, my
son and I would be extremely grateful.
