Hi, I have the following in my files here at the State Library in Oregon: School Corps, Multnomah County Library http://www.multcolib.org/schoolcorps/ A variety of services the library provides to Multnomah Countyschools. Howard County (MD) A+ Partners in Education http://www.hclibrary.org/partners Partnership between Howard County Library and the Howard County Public School System. CLASP (Connecting libraries and schools program) http://www.nypl.org/branch/services/clasp.html Public library/school partnership that links schools serving students in grades K-8 and the 3 New York City public library systems.
