Hi,
Check out the resources on the OSLIS website (Oregon School Library
Information System). We have developed an online citation maker with
support materials for librarians, teachers, students. In the next week the
online citation maker will be upgraded to combine the print and electronic
resources input into one file. Feel free to download all the support
materials and edit them, add your name, etc. This was developed with
federal LSTA funds and is intended to be copied, changed, etc. Enjoy!

There is also an elementary version that has simply eliminated many of the
unused citations for students of this age and an APA version for advanced
students/classes/masters work, etc.
