I forget to mention that I have used WWW.KNOWITNOW.ORG
(24/7 Ohio Libraries Chat reference service) most
frequently. It is excellent.  They also have school
librarians as staff members and I have benfitted a lot from
their services. Unfortunately, it's for Ohioans only.  :-(.
