I am just wondering if any of you have had difficulty with Mailbox Yearbooks. For
the 3 years I have been at my current library I have ordered the yearbook from
them. The teachers really like it. However, my problem is with the way the do their
accounting and/or ordering. In the previous 2 years I received a double shipment of
the yearbooks I ordered. This year I received a triple shipment! It has been a real
headache getting this straightened out. I thought I had it taken care of and now
they are telling me that the account that is in my personal name (rather than that
of my school) is past due. I have NO account in my personal name - at least I
shouldn't. Everything I buy is for my school library. I am beginning to wonder if
this is not some kind of ploy. Anyone else have this kind of issue with them?
