We started using Follette's Destiny late last spring. Since that time, we have had a great deal of trouble with placing holds. We have a union catalog. If a student places hold on an item that is checked out, the hold will expire almost immediately. No one at Destiny has been able to help us in all this time. Have you had similar problems? Do you have a solution? Isn't the purpose of a hold to be put on a list of students that wants the book once it gets returned??
