[LM_NET] TAR: To use/not to use jobbers

Hello,
As a future librarian, I'm interested in hearing pros and cons of contracting with 
a jobber for the majority of your needs in maintaining a collection.  I've heard 
conflicting opinions from just a couple of librarians and wondered what a larger 
number of you would advise.
