I have that book on my list to read (I love that author). If you really want
to get enlightened (or scared) read
The food revolution : how your diet can help save your life and our world
Author: Robbins, John. Date: p2001.
I will never be a vegetarian but if any book could turn you into one-this
would be it. It has definitely made me rethink a bunch of things. I did it
on audio from the library and as it is mostly facts and such may be easier
to "listening" rather than reading.
I made all my friends read it.
