I've been thinking about a genre for Hugo Cabret. I Brian Selznick has created a new genre, but that's just my humble opinion. I recently has the chance to ask Brian what he thinks we should call his new genre and he felt that was best left to the experts. I'm not sure who the expert are, so.... Any comments?
