In light of the discussion about Hits, I thought I should forward results from my inquiry. Usually I wouldn't have posted a hit about it because basically I didn't think anybody would be interested, plus there might not have been a title to report back to, but, for what it is worth I did appreciate the help I got from these two people and I always enjoy reading all the hits and discussions on LM-Net. The original request is at the end since it was so long. there are a couple of movies about time travel that i remember but not that line specifically. Kate and Leopold (sp?) and Somewhere In Time. Try those and see if it helps. I like www.imdb.com <https://mailhub.mccsc.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.imdb.com> for movies. Just a thought about the possibly plagiarized line. "never forget" was the big line in titanic, perhaps it referred to let's be like they are in the movies and then snagged that one part from Titanic. When I read your post that was the thing that stuck out in my mind. Thanks again to everyone for their help. Kris Kristina M. There are too many things in the script that this student (and an 8th grader) would not be familiar with to have written it plus it sounds vaguely familiar. The teacher and I have searched the Internet thinking the student plagiarized it from there. This was unsuccessful. So we are thinking it might be based on a book. Would anyone know if this sounds like a book they might have come across? The script is about a young sailor, Audric, who works onboard a ship belonging to Britain called the Silhouette. Its set in the 19th century. The ship hits rough waters and the young sailor falls sick. The ship arrives in London and the sailor is brought to a doctor. After recovering, he wanders around and then falls into a deep sleep which takes him to the 21st century. He meets a girl, Isadora, who helps him find a place to stay and who he falls in love with. The student has one phrase that sounds like it had to come from someplace, but before Audric returns to his own time period he tells Isadora that "Let's be a movie, and never forget." Does this sound familiar to anyone? We would really like to learn where the student has taken the story from. Thanks, Kris McGlaun Kristina M.
