[LM_NET] TAR: Very old English Journal article needed

One of our English teachers is looking for an English Journal article from
1968.  The article is indexed in JSTOR, but neither our school nor our local
library has access to JSTOR.  Our school databases only have English Journal
articles back to 1989.

The article he is looking for:

Cook, Philip H.  "Putting Grammar to Work: The Generative Grammar in the
Generative Rhetoric."  *English Journal* 57.8 (1968) : 1168-1175.
