Fellow LM_folk: At AASL recently, many companies offered BTSB-type bindings. What have your experiences been? I need replacements for books that get hammered, like HP and Shel Silverstein. Some companies offered books with their dustjackets, which I like (absorbs some of the wear and tear to edges and corners; mylar can be refreshed to hide that wear and tear). Please let me know your experiences. I will gladly compile a HIT if there is interest. Thank you! Meanwhile I have really enjoyed the bookstore humor thread. :D Why just Borders though? Much, much more fun at a good independent, 'cause there's more to choose from! Also more fun because my local Borders rarely has anyone present, esp. who knows the books. At my local independent kid's bookstore, there are fellow book people, and they keep putting nifty new books in my hand to read. - Amy Goldsmith Daves Avenue School Library Los Gatos, CA 95030 amy@alumni.princeton.edu -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
