Hello, I put out a request about ordering new library furniture.? Someone (I deleted the names and kept the info) responded with an email and a picture.? I would like to ask a question about the furniture company. Here is the post: We got ours from Embury--oak with laminate tops. Very heavy. Not easy to move. I prefer round tables--they take up less space and only room for 4 students so it cuts down on the congregating. Retangle/square offer more "elbow" room. I have some of each. Chairs were also ordered there. We have the 2 position padded backs & seats. I would go with the sled bottoms if it were up to me (theprincipal made this decision). We have had no trouble with the tipping over, but they are not good for short people. This furniture was not cheap--but it is sturdy & will be around long after I am gone! Who ever sent this post could you contact me off the list serve? Thank you!
