We are using "The Race is On" as our theme for starting assessments this year and as part of this, my principal would like to use images and a small video clip from Disney's Cars as part of a powerpoint at an assembly. Am I right in thinking we won't violate copyright if the video clip is short enough, the still images are attributed, and that this is shown for an educational (i.e. assessments) purpose?
