Our yearbook has a section of "favorites" where students vote for their favorite TV shows, candy bars, sports teams, books, and movies, among other categories. I'd like to put pictures on the page of kids with the winning items used as props--e.g.., 7th graders reading a Harry Potter book, or several students wearing Yankee hats. I've thought of having a picture of a group of students eating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (maybe with chocolate mustaches??). It occurred to me that this may be a violation of copyright. Before I go ahead and gather the props, what is the collective wisdom on this? Thanks in advance.
