[LM_NET] TAR: Chinese New Year Title

I am looking for a title I used years ago.  It had to do with the red
envelopes of money given during Chinese New Year.  It was a picture book and
I thought it might have a character named Ruby but I might be confusing that
with Ruby's Wish.  Any thoughts?  I checked A to Z subject guide with no
luck.  Surely I am not imagining this book?  Thanks for your help.
