[LM_NET] Book

I have a colleague who is looking for a book for her fifth grade 
daughter.  She wants to introduce her daughter to the changes her 
body is about to go through.  This girl is very private and would never 
discuss this matter with anyone, but she would read the book.  She's 
mature for her age.  Does anyone have a good book that you would 
recommend?
