[LM_NET] Elementary Librarian Needs Help in Identifying a Book

My principal asked me yesterday about a book.  She couldn't give me the 
title, nor the author. All she said was that it was a black and white book, 
that it told about the city, and then you flipped it over and it told about 
the country.  does any elementary librarian know what book she was talkaing 
about?
