[LM_NET] Need help! Letter of interest

Hi all.
I am going to apply for a position at a new campus my district is 
opening. I was told I need to write a letter of intent or a letter of 
interest. I am at a loss as to what to include. I have worked for the 
same district for 15 years (2 years as a librarian/13 years as a 
teacher).
Does anyone have a sample letter that they would be willing to share?
