[LM_NET] TECH: Blogger

After you create a blog in blogger, it puts a little menu at the top "Search
Blogs, Next Blog, Favorites"  If you click on the "next blog" it takes you
to random blogs some of which may be inappropriate.  I have looked at all
the Blogger settings and can't find a way to eliminate this problem.  Does
anyone know how?
