[LM_NET] Tech: Follett E-books - Are you having success using them?

I recently ordered 18 e-books from Follett, and I'm having a hard time
getting the bugs ironed out. I've spent some time with Follett's tech
support (and so has our tech dept.), and some things are improving, but I'm
still having problems. If you have already figured out the glitches, could
you reply offlist? Thanks!
