[LM_NET] Tech: Plato software

I've checked the archives, but there are very few recent posts about 
this.  We are having numerous technical difficulties with PLATO 
software in our district, and are wondering about others' experiences.  
Have you been able to implement it successfully?  Has anyone done any 
action research to measure its impact?  Are there any alternatives out 
there that you would recommend?
