As in feeling better when you called for a doctor's appointment---I figured out how to go from the video clip to a still photo all on my own. I used WindowsXP's Movie Maker. After importing the clip I exported a shot to publisher and I could easily print. Thanks for all who answered the call. You are an awesome resource.
