[LM_NET] TAR: Donation Letter Example

Hello,

In a couple of months, I will be moving in to a new library media center. The space 
is vastly larger than my current one, and my principal has asked me to write a 
letter that will be sent out to community members and parents requesting monetary 
donations to expand our meager collection. The problem is, I'm not sure what should 
be included in this letter! 

Does anyone have any sample letters that they may have used in the past that I can 
get some ideas from? Your help is greatly needed and appreciated!
