[LM_NET] spectrum

Good morning everyone,

The buzz on the LM_Net Listserv is the status of Follet's Specturm software-
apparently they will be supporting the software for two more years.  The
last and final update is 5.3.  Perhaps we should start thinking about the
possibility of purchasing another software database management program and
work that into the next budget process.
